Data Security

All information submitted through our forms is communicated via WhatsApp and email — both of which use end-to-end encryption. We do not store your data on any external servers.

Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us via site.foyestudio@gmail.com and we will remove your information within 7 days.

Agreement

By booking any service from FoyeTouch Studio, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all projects, collaborations and transactions with FoyeTouch Studio.

Project Ownership

Upon full payment, all completed work — including logos, designs, videos and website files — belongs to the client. FoyeTouch Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required content (text, images, brand materials) promptly
• Communicate feedback clearly and in a timely manner
• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed

Timelines

Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content) will extend the timeline accordingly. FoyeTouch Studio is not liable for delays caused by client-side issues.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and improve your experience.

What We Use Cookies For

• Remembering your cookie consent choice

Free Revisions Included

Every project includes a set number of free revisions depending on the service:

• Logo & Brand Identity — 3 free revisions
• Website Design — 2 free revisions
• Video Production — 2 free revisions
• Social Media Graphics — 2 free revisions
• UI/UX Design — 2 free revisions
• Content Writing — 1 free revision

What Counts as a Revision

A revision is a set of changes requested after the first draft is delivered. Multiple small changes requested at the same time count as one revision round.

Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond the free allowance are charged at an agreed hourly rate. This will be communicated clearly before any additional work begins.

Deposit Required

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This secures your spot in our schedule and covers initial work costs.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered. For website projects, final payment is due before the site goes live.

Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (Nigeria)
• PayPal
• Other methods by agreement

Late Payments

If final payment is not received within 7 days of project completion, FoyeTouch Studio reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is received.

Client Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has begun:

• Before first draft delivery — 50% deposit is non-refundable
• After first draft delivery — Full project fee applies for work completed
• Before work begins — Full deposit refund minus any administrative costs

FoyeTouch Studio Cancellation

In the rare event that FoyeTouch Studio must cancel a project, a full refund of any payments made will be issued within 7 business days.

Project Pauses

If a project is paused by the client for more than 30 days with no communication, FoyeTouch Studio reserves the right to close the project. Restarting will be treated as a new booking.

Results

FoyeTouch Studio provides creative and digital services to the best of our ability. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, follower growth or revenue increases as these depend on many external factors.

Third-Party Platforms

Our website contains links to external platforms such as YouTube, Google Drive, PayPal and social media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those platforms.

Portfolio

All work displayed in our portfolio belongs to their respective clients. Work is displayed with implied or explicit permission. If you are a client and would like your work removed from our portfolio, please contact us.

Content Accuracy

We make every effort to keep information on this website accurate and up to date. However, services, pricing and availability may change. Always confirm details via direct communication before booking.
